Worst customer service and coverage I've ever had ...
Worst customer service and coverage I've ever had and I work at a hospital where this terrible insurance is the only option. I would highly recommend a different insurance if you have a choice. I, as a patient, should not have to call to pre-certify everything. In an already stressful time of oncology and regular appointments the last thing I need is poor customer service and poor coverage
