Casey and Bobbi took very good care of us from start to finish. When things at first looked like we weren't going to qualify because of my partner's recent new job, Casey worked hard to look at the big picture from every angle to find us a solution. Every question we had through the process was responded to timely and thoroughly. They even extended our lock-in date for our interest rate and negotiated a lower one! Can't say enough great things and on top of that we felt good supporting a local business. In fact, I don't think US Bank ever got back to us after filling out their online form.
