I've been going to Capilano VW for service for 20 years, but recently had my first experience purchasing a car from them. The Capilano VW sales team was every bit as wonderful as the service team - cooperative, helpful, and friendly all the way through. The sales team did everything they could to make sure I got what I wanted, that I felt good about the deal, and that the purchase was one I could afford... Capilano VW is pretty exceptional when it comes to customer service and creating great customer experiences.
