Update: I hired a lawyer and the management at Premier at Sawmill immediately ran like cowards. They are guilty of extortion.

The below is an email I just sent to the Better Business Bureau regarding management at Premier at Sawmill. It serves for a better review than the novel I posted earlier. This is regarding a total of almost $500 they have stolen from me and an additional $420 they are currently stealing from me.

"Attached is all the documentation they provided me with after an unreasonable amount of requests on my part. When they finally organized their mugging they threatened to hand it over to a collection within 3 days, though they finally submitted it to a collection agency a week later (this is after over a week of stalling on their part for an invalid bill that they've failed to address for almost a year). The second document from the bottom was not filled out by me but uses my name and signature. This is not my primary dispute but I wanted to clarify (the handwriting is noticeably different though both are admittedly sloppy)

As I read over this again I am physically ill by the disgusting nature these criminals seem proud to display. What happened to this world that something this ridiculous is even possible? The best explanation for how I feel is violated. I was mugged when I was in college. We learned shortly after that nothing was stolen from me and it was actually a gang initiation. 3 people beat me unconscious and I woke in a hospital several days later. I feel no anger towards the people who did this to me. I feel sorry that these people were given such a horrible lot in life, leaving them very few options and little hope of becoming happy and secure citizens. I will forever be outraged at the management of Premier. They are regular people, like myself, who have been given every advantage in life, and have benefited from thousands of years of societal advance. To be given such an unbelievable bounty and display this kind of behavior is representative of the most corrupt, repugnant people who are much more of a threat to society than any criminal who was given no alternative. Clearly the money is not my concern. I would relish the opportunity to turn down any money they offered me if they hoped to escape justice.

I will not be surprised if these criminals are protected by an unjust bureaucracy but I think the information I've provided is ample proof that these people have no consideration for their customers or for what's morally obligated as a human being. Everyone should be warned that these people are predators waiting for an opportunity to exploit those that they've manipulated and tricked into giving them their trust."
