My daughter, grand son and I were there Thursday evening at 7:00 pm. At first things went well. The live music was terrific. When the food finally arrived the chicken in my meal and my daughters sandwich was very tuff, over cooked and difficult to chew. We complained. The waitress offered a substitute to compensate. We ordered a salad instead. We removed the chicken from the dish and nibbled on the mash potatoes and bread for the 40 minutes it took to give us our salads. We were hungry. When the bill came, we were charged for the entire rejected meal and the substitute salad minus 1/6 of the total. We complained to the manager and the waitress returned and snapped, 'well you continued eating from the plate'. I explained we could not chew the chicken. The manager arrived and took off from the price one salad. I would not recommend a place where the customer is view as the problem. The cook should have re-cooked the chicken, or the meal should have been free if we were charged for a substitute salad. The salad should have not taken 50 minutes to prepare. The manager should be able to think and the waitress should not have snapped at us. Sad empty cold hearted workers.
