The play we saw was fantastic! However the facility was a mess. The credit card machines were slow so the TWO lines for refreshments were ridiculously long and many people didn't even get to order before we had to be seated- this was at the beginning and at intermission. Everyone behind the counters were highly stressed but extremely friendly and apologetic. But the patrons were irritated nonetheless. This may have been a one-time occurrence due to technical glitch but I'm not sure. The other downside to this theater is the seats are all directly lined up right behind each other , not staggered , so you will definitely have to lean around the person in front of you. That is just the most ridiculous design for a brand new facility!! I was very disappointed to see this. That makes it a subpar venue to see a theater production especially with shorter people or small children.
