I first went to Jim Butler Chevrolet to browse their used inventory selection not intending to purchase. Ryan Zimmerman, my salesman, took it upon himself to find out what I was looking for. At first I was just looking, but Ryan was able to find a selection of vehicles that were within my price range. I looked at and test drove 3 different vehicles over the span of about a week. Ryan was always professional and responsive when I came back to him with the pros/cons of the test drive vehicle. I ended up purchasing a Sierra 1500 Crew Cab that I fell in love with. I researched the vehicle online to see how Jim Butler's pricing was compared to local dealers and how it was rated on KBB. Jim Butler had the best pricing hands down which gave me piece-of-mind when signing my contract. I've purchased multiple vehicles from many dealerships, but Jim Butler was my most comfortable and seamless experience by far. I recommend anyone in search of a new/used vehicle in the St. Louis area to visit Ryan Zimmerman with Jim Butler Chevrolet. Overall EXCELLENT experience!
