First of all, let me start off by saying this review is of our first hand experience with Tech Wildcatters. This review is based on that experience with inputs from three team members that were very involved. TW has caused significant problems for our company. Incorporation and franchise filings, stock option plans, pitch deck, balance sheet, and just about everything done during our time with TW has issues.

We have had to resolve problems with the TX and DE Securities Boards and Comptroller. This is a direct result of the advice and work of TW mentors and employees. This includes TW mentors that are lawyers and CPAs. As you can imagine, this caused issues with our employees, investors and potential investors.

From the beginning, we all saw signs that the TW team was inexperienced and stretched the truth at times. We heard rumors of scandals and bad dealings. We never expected this many problems as a result of their inexperience, lies, and reputation. We are still climbing out of this hole.
