Relocated to Raleigh last year. Been to this location 3 times. Each time there's an "extra charge" for something. I've never felt so cheated as with my experiences here. My first repair, I was told they think the problem is... I told the guy that I can guess and thats why I brought the car to the dealership. When the computer gives more than one code, I expect the dealer to know when no one else does. I'm looking for a new repair shop.
