The room service is terrible. One night, they forgot towels. Another time, they actually #2'd in our toilet and left it there. (Sorry for the grossness) We even tested their stupidity by setting a glass of water in the center of the floor and when we got back from Disney it was still there. For two hours there was a spill of goop in the center of an elevator, and the day we arrived, the kids' room was still being cleaned even though we were told our rooms were ready, and they had to wait 15 minutes just to get there room. However, the rooms are large and there is a bus straight to the monorail, so it deserves an extra star.
