Shipped my auctioned items to someone else over the holiday season. These were meant to be a gift for a friend suffering during this pandemic, and I was unable to provide. Was in contact with customer support for nearly 2 months, and was never able to get my product from whomever it was that they shipped to (don't really understand why). However, they were communicative and issued me a refund, though I don't understand why I could never get my books, or why the individual who did receive my order never returned it.
