A special thank you to Veronica for helping me through the process of getting some help with a wicked cold that came on suddenly. Edwin from Room service came up to our room with hot water, lemon and orange tea, some lemons and a few jars of honey. While he was setting everything on my table Melissa from Customer Service and Tamra from Housekeeping wished me a speedy recovery.
