Customers are not first at this dealership. Brian Palmer the GM has regular team mtgs and all vehicles in the service bays are not allowed to be worked on during the mtg because the tools make too much noise. There's plenty of room to have the mtg. in another location of the bldg. or don't take service appts. during the 2 hour+ meeting.
