I stayed at the Ibis Bencoolen hotel for a tour during the Eid Mubarak holiday with my extended family by booking 3 rooms. I arrived earlier than check-in and it turned out to be able to check in immediately. When entering the room, there was trouble in one of the room doors because of an error in entering the card. The response from the hotel team was very fast and even very helpful.
During the stay, the hotel service was very good, friendly, communicative and helpful so that we felt comfortable while staying here.
The location of this hotel is very strategic, it is located close to a bus stop and the distance from the MRT station is also relatively close. Around the hotel there are many dining options, shopping places including the church, so that on Sundays we can easily get to the church on foot.
The condition of the room is not too big, but it is comfortable enough to rest, especially when we stay outside the hotel more.
In general we are satisfied to stay at this hotel because in terms of price and quality it is adequate.
