After leaning of our review, we were contact by John Mullin. He expressed that it was important to him that his clients feel satisfied with the services offered by his firm. We greatly appreciated him reaching out to us to inquire of our concerns. This is the kind of personal touch that makes a good service. As such, I am editing the review to reflect that.

Hum... They were not very responsive to our requests and questions. We had an agreement for a discounted rate that did not materialized.

On one occasion, we had a meeting scheduled... After arriving on time, we waited over half an hour without any explanation. That made me feel like their time was important than our's.
