I have been ordering engraving material from this company for a long time. Except for the high price, everything has worked out so far. When I last ordered anodized aluminum, I apparently sold scrap. The delivered material is unusable because it has nothing but silver stripes. The only response to my complaint was that quality assurance had said that this was normal and did not constitute a reason for complaint. The plates were ordered on 12/13/2019. Delivery was over a month later.
