I don t normally take the time to write reviews for businesses I frequent, but the service I received from Audi in Fort Worth warrants taking time to write a review. Simply said, the staff was awesome during my service visit. Lillian, my service adviser (such a big smile and so cute!)was so helpful and welcoming. Her communication was impeccable and when I had questions, her responses made sense! It was also a pleasure to meet Veronica the service manager. Great to see a female in that role! Good job Audi Fort Worth! She was extremely helpful and shared some great stories while Lillian finished up my service. I loved that Veronica noticed my car had some dust on it and wanted to send me out with a clean car! She had an amazing eye for details. The shuttle driver Fernando (I hope I got your name right Fernando) was also very personalable when he picked me up. I was appreciative of the service I received and will definitely recommend the Audi dealership of Fort Worth based on my wonderful service experience! You guys ROCK! Thank you!
