After experiencing poor service from our previous property manager it was very refreshing to have Lee Bailey managing our rental property. Lee has proven to be knowledgeable, competent and dedicated. We handed her a management 'headache' which was sorted out without any fuss in a timely manner while dealing with the tenants respectfully. We are completely confident in Lee's ability to manage our property and have been able to stop worrying about whether its being looked after.
