Fantastic experience, Kathy was extremely patient with us, knowledgeable and easy to talk with and do business with; felt like I was shopping with a friend. I loved browsing around the store too as there are some really fun and unique pieces to contemplate and the choices are endless. The purpose of our visit was to find a good quality leather recliner for my husband that also suited my taste, we actually found about three. It was a tough decision but in the end we decided on a traditional recliner which was in stock and able to pick up from the warehouse within days. Thank you Norwood and Kathy for making what seemed like an impossible feat to a comfortable conclusion!
