I was expecting for above standard services, food ...

I was expecting for above standard services, food is cold for breakfast, coffee was served warm and not fresh, servers looked upset to have guests around. There was no newspaper available. However, I would like to compliment the Nurse on Duty and the male Gym attendant who attended to my mother when she felt dizzy. The male attendant was very attentive and offered a chair outside the gym. Thanks to him.
