Honestly, it was a painful experience to trade in my big lifted Jeep for a little Nissan Versa. Zach Bensyl was very understanding and patient. It wasn't an easy decision to come to, but he was super awesome and friendly the whole time. I greatly appreciated the no-pressure experience. I had gone to other dealerships (napelton's) and felt extremely pressured and almost bullied into making a car purchase. I am glad I ran away from those other dealerships. Nothing beats a low-pressure car sale.

I forget the lady's name who did the financing portion of the deal, but she was great also. She explained all my options clearly and made sure I got the best financing possible.

I look forward to visiting the service center as rarely as possible (nobody likes repair bills) and taking advantage of the free car washes.
