Jeff took such wonderful care of me. My VSC light popped on in my IS250 and they were able to put me in a loaner at no cost to me and had my car repaired in just a matter of a few days (it was a pretty big repair too).

I will definitely stick to driving Lexus for many many years due to the service experience I have had... best ever.
