Sales person Chauncey Brown went out of his way to make this a pleasant transaction. Took care of us like we were family. If I had one complaint it would be that the finance department seemed understaffed as it took longer than it should have. Vehicle was in and ready for us to sign and go but still took 3 hours to get out.

8-19-19. Back for another round to get a vehicle for my daughter. Stuck with Chauncey for the same 5 star experience and finance seems to of dramatically improved. Sure to return when ready to work on the next one.
