I had an 8:30 appointment to get my car serviced. I arrived on time and was met by a women with an overwhelmed attitude. She supposedly checked me in. My car was parked in front of the office and I assumed all was well. As I sat in the customer lounge for 2 1/2 hours I discovered my keys inside my pocket and my car still left where I parked earlier that morning. I checked with that same service women and she told me my car was ready for pick up. Hmmm
.. I still had my keys and how is my car ready? She still had that overwhelmed look. Evidently she lied to me and I caught her lie and I was not happy. I decided after buying 3 cars from Sound and referring 3 other family members , they are just tired of my business. I end up leaving without my car serviced and contacting another dealership who happily secured my car with a smile.
