3rd time that I come to deposit the car of my spouse and it is always the same thing: minimum 25/30 min of wait (while I arrive at least 5 mini before the schedule of my appointment). What good is it to give a schedule if you do not respect it? I too work and I arrive late because of your disorganization.

Ah yes I forgot: the last time after a repair in bodywork they did not find my car! I had to wait 45 minutes before they put their hands on it.
