Awful sanitary stains on beds changed twice alread...

Awful sanitary stains on beds changed twice already. It is 10.30pm and waiting still for someone to visit and provide us with a new room. This is the 2nd DE Vere hotel I have stayed in within the space of a month experiencing the same hygiene issues
