I have been looking for a sofa for some time. Paul inroduced himself asked what I was looking for and then left us alone to look at the inventory...then we got into the discussion about style, room size, fabrics, etc.
I found him to be very helpful, not pushy and appreciated his reassurance of being able to return if not satisfied.
I did purchase because the right sofa was there...it really helped that Paul was so knowledgeable, even suggesting I give it a day to decide and sent me home with a book of fabric samples.
