The word service is foreign to these people. On 2 occasions they have had my vehicle for 3-4 weeks. I never recieved an update on either occasion. Both occasions I've had personal belongings go missing. First their explanation was "well your vehicle has been sitting right over there" and the second time everyone in the office agreed they had seen my belongings but didn't know what happened to it.
Stopped by one afternoon and found my truck sitting outside ready for pickup. No phone call, no messages. I guess they figured I could wait a while longer.
After writing a detailed review on the survey that was emailed to me I received another email from "noreply@northsidechevrolet" telling me that if I wanted to resolve the issue to call them. No name, no phone or email, no contact info what so ever. So am I supposed to call northside chevrolet and ask for northside chevrolet? And after I explained that a big part of the issue is that I never received phone calls why would I want to call them AGAIN? Do the phones there only accept incoming calls? Not sure how anything in my experience qualifies as service here.
I bought my truck here and that was my first mistake. Will. Not. Ever. Go back.
