Went to the ER twice, waited less than 10 minutes ...

Went to the ER twice, waited less than 10 minutes both times. All Staff members were helpful and friendly. I tried to be friendly even though I was in so much pain in my back, feet, and legs. Everyone was friendly right back. I seen Dr. Jacques Pye the first visit. He sent me ultrasound and quickly found the problem! Unfortunately, about 22 days later I was experiencing breathing issues with chest and back pain. I had to come back. I seen Dr. Joycelynn Gray this time and she was probably the best ER physician I've ever met. Very articulate and explained everything to me. I had a good experience both ER visits, and my PCM at the time (Dr. Deborah Packer ) was fantastic in coordinating my care. I'd definitely go back. I hate that others did not feel or experience the same thing. There are good care providers within these walls. I'm truly grateful for all the Service Members, their Families, and those who care for them!
