I received a certified letter from this group about two weeks ago. The documents were worn, barely legible, and unorganized. I was able to determine the documents were concerning a personal loan account I opened with Lending Club years ago. Due to the inaccuracies and generic verbiage I started not to address the letter. The letter doesn t mention wage garnishment or a law suit of any kind, but after reading reviews I thought it would be best to address their summons .
Fortunately, I had receipts and documents supporting my payment history with Lending Club, and my efforts to settle my account with Lending Club prior to the account closing.
I gathered my documents and sent them certified mail to this group and the courts. I can t stand shady, no-good, lying companies who attempt to take advantage of people.
