(See edit regarding company reply lies) Horrific customer service. I was traveling across the entire country on a trip and went out of my way to stop by and pick up some supplies from their store. I called them in advance and told them the exact day I would be stopping by and made sure it was okay. When I got there their store had a hand written note on the door saying they were closed that day.
Even though I drove hours out of my way and had to make due without my supplies I simply waited until the next business day and called to request a refund. They demanded an outrageous 30% or 40% "restocking fee" for items that never even left their store because they were closed during regular business hours. They said it was impossible to make an exception to their policy and refund my money. Finally, after a long conversation, when I threatened to simply dispute the charge with my credit card company they gave me a full refund. Very rude, horrible customer service. Not worth the 50 cents you save. Go with a better business.

EDIT: The reply from the business speaks volumes about the level of dishonesty and confrontational nature of their staff. I am not a competitor. I don't own a business at all. I'm a private citizen. Resorting to outright lies to make excuses for poor business practices is pretty disgusting. Furthermore, the business is also lying about my other reviews. You can see my reviews by clicking on my name. I'm not giving poor reviews to gun shops. My other most recent review of a gun shop is a 3 star mixed review. The vast majority of my reviews have nothing to do with gun shops. It's for things like HVAC repair, restaurants, etc. GrabAGun is bad...and should feel bad.
