Booked this place a few years ago - they had to cancel my reservation due to the Hurricane, fine. I booked this June 2019 for a Christmas Holiday - 2 rooms at $6900.00 for me and my sisters Families. My sister called to confirm 3 kids could stay in the room - they said "no" so she cancelled the reservations. 7 days before our cancelled trip (or so I thought) I get a confirmation email. I call immediately to say - no we are not coming because our requests with 2 adults and 3 kids in one room could be met. They told me - "sorry" you are within the 21 day cancellation and you owe the full amount! They did not care - they did not try - they told me they have no record of cancellation and "all calls are recorded" so I am out of $6800.00 So BE AWARE OF 21 DAYS NOTICE - YOU OWE 100%. Why wouldn't they send out a notice of confirmation 21 days ahead of time? Because they want your money whether you come or not - what other hotel does this??? NONE. STAY AWAY!
