$2.70 "courtesy fee" to pay by the phone?!! Really...

$2.70 "courtesy fee" to pay by the phone?!! Really? Do y'all even know what the definition of courtesy is? Politeness, respect, civility, good manners. None of which CPS has. Or another meaning of courtesy; "Supplied free of charge to people who are already paying for another service". Which would make a "courtesy fee" an oxymoron. You should call it what it is, "Another way we can bend you over and nickel and dime you"-fee.
