Had a new TV put in our Tiffin Phaeton and I feel service dept. did a less than professional job. The TV that had been there was framed with wood, Lazy Days framed it with cheap black felt and left screw heads exposed. We felt it should have been finished to look the way it had originally. I think short cuts were taken because this was partially paid for by the extended warranty insurance. From now on, any work inside will be done by Tiffin in Red Bay, AL so it will be done right and finished like it's supposed to be!!
