Friendly team of regulatory and pharmacovigilance professionals. We have worked with Regulis for PV support for approximately 2 years now, and their support is invaluable- we are able to call at any time and they will dedicate their time and expertise to helping us resolve our questions. Furthermore, Regulis also go out of their way independently to ensure that we are compliant - reviewing SDEAs and documents etc. that we have in place, and coming to us with their recommendations of how we could improve our system. Regulis also go out of their way to send us informative emails about current situations that could impact our PV system- for instance updates on Brexit, new regulations that are coming into force etc., and how they are preparing to update the systems and processes to ensure that we are still compliant when/if any new changes are implemented.
