Hotel is good , but unfortunately the service is really bad , room service they didn t even clean the room so shame the garbage not even removed from the room the sheets not even changed same one we used from the previous night .. washroom is dirty no soup and and thr bath top they didn t even clean it towels also plus they will charge you for the water excuse me really? But why where is the management!!? They keys is a whole new story and why is room service cleaning the next room at 2:00 am it was so annoying we couldn t sleep rather than that the staff is good the place it self in a good location easy to reach .. am being honest here but management should improve the service
