I went today to look for my lost cat. The young lady that helped me was sweet , and showed me all the rooms my cat might be in. Every area was clean and spotless! I was in the cat area only so I cannot speak about the dog area. However, I saw a young mother and her son adopting a smaller dog. If animals could speak, this little dog seemed to know he was leaving with his new family.
I wish I had the name of the woman that helped me. She has light blonde hair pulled into a ponytail, and she could be late 20's , fair skin. I only had to wait a short time. I just wanted to say the cages were very clean, the cats had fresh food, and ALL little boxes were spotless.
My cat was not there, however I am glad I got the chance to leave an honest review. ~Laura Paul~
