Harley originally helped me transfer my services from day 1 as I was moving into my new home. Her constant communication, even when I was tied up doing other things during the move, she made sure she called me before going home to ensure I had everything ready for my services. On the day of service, I called in and was referred back to her, as I'm certain it was she who knew everything about my case. She sent someone out to help with my troubleshooting. They arrived within 5 minutes. And of course, I was utilizing the wrong cable connection and once they connected me, everything went along smoothly. Harley and I spoke once more to ensure I was connected - by the end of the phone call, I was up and running! It was fast and easy! Thanks Jade!
