I placed an order with Lauren Sullivan Brown, a sales person. I followed up multiple times but no reasonable response. The customer service manager Britt resolved the delayed delivery promptly. One of the side table had a chipped paint. Hickory Park Furniture took care and fixed the defect with no additional cost. For delay due to delivery company and defect due to manufacturer were corrected.
