I called the Service Department at Tom Kadlec Honda late in the afternoon on the Friday before the Christmas holiday weekend. I had just discovered that one of the headlights was out on my 2013 Honda CR-V. Dennis Thompson answered the phone in the service department and told me to come over right away. Even though they were very busy and it was late in the day, Dennis was confident that they could get the work done. I really appreciated Dennis' confidence and reassurances. I went to the dealership and they not only replaced the headlight but also washed the salt and road gunk off the car! Great service!
