Bought my truck new at Lake City 2.5 years ago, my first service adviser was very rude about a year ago, (telling me my steering components were not under warranty and hanging up on me) and ultimately quit or got fired leaving my repair and me waiting for the next adviser to come up to speed.

Started my truck the other morning to find the 4 LO light and check engine flashing. Went back to look at trading my truck in or having in fixed under warranty. Service department told me they weren't going to touch it without me paying for the time spent diagnosing the problem since there were condensation marks on the engine cover they thought were rodent footprints (no droppings or pee smell present). Manager had senior technician come out to explain this to me, which I told them I thought was BS. Technician walked off saying I give up and throwing up his hands. You would think an honest service department would take the time to find the actual problem after a $40k purchase. No emphasis on customer satisfaction, anyone can sell you a car with a smile... these guys don't stand behind their word on the service end. BEWARE!

Went and bought a new Cummins... Their loss.
