Our business received a 5 day disconnection notice...
Our business received a 5 day disconnection notice via email without receiving any prior notice. We were COVID forced to close, social distance and then work with a skeleton staff. Paid it all up right away but bill payment department could not assure that this will be processed in time to avoid the disconnection. Because the A/R department that sent out the notice is separate. Very unprofessional, especially during Covid constraints. We now even have a credit and will keep it going if they don't cut our service. 5 day disconnection without prior notice, come on.
