The worst customer service. I talked with Sean on the phone and explained to him that we were looking for under cabinet lighting. He said he could help us. We had a bid from Metro Lightning and were trying to price shop. I emailed him the bid and the diagram from our kitchen drawn up by our designer. He said he would call me at 6 pm that evening to discuss our project. By 6:30 I hadn t heard from from him so I called and was told he was talking to another customer and would call be back. He never called me back. I have called several times and left messages always being told that he was on another line and would call back. My husband called and left a message for someone else to call and no one ever did. If they didn t want to give us a bid, should have said so up front. Glad we learned about their lack of customer service up front!! We ended up going with Metro.
