I bought my first car here with my wife, everything was perfect at first. We had some cosmetic issues to the vehicle beforehand so we had to get them fixed. One being a tint issue and one being a large scratch to the center console. Both were fixed with the help of Trish and Tony in the service department and Nick in the sales department, they all did fantastic. As for the one who sold us our car, he didn't really seem to try or care after we bought our car unless we brought it up there where he had to deal with us. We bought the car at 250 miles, didn't get anything fixed until over 2000 miles because we wouldn't receive a reply of progress from our sales associate. So we took matters into our own hands and did it ourselves.

When we got our car fixed, we were given a loaner which was such an amazing offer. However, it was a 2018 without power windows or locks. Wish we could have gotten a vehicle closer to the price of our own!

There is a major disconnect between the service department and the main sales building to the point that quite a few of them don't know each other's names. I thank Trish, Tony, Nick, and Mike in Financing for helping us with our first vehicle, but that's honestly the only one's who should be thanked after all we went through to get something simple accomplished.
