Worst customer service ever. We bought a used Jeep (cash) so the salesman Collin (avoid at all costs) didn't have to do anything but get our temp registration. He told us someone would call us when it came in. 4 weeks later and 3 unreturned phone called I got a hold of Collin was again was totally clueless. I finally brought the Jeep in to have a safety and emissions test (they never did one therefore DMV wouldn't issue license. I went to service department and they were just as unorganized and unprofessional as the sales team. After being told we could pick up the car we drove down and talk to the only person at the service desk (he paged our rep and left us standing there for 5 min) When I peeked into the service managers office, he said someone would help me and slammed his door shut...great customer service!! Go elsewhere horrible, horrible company!
