Website and customer portal (lack of) terrible. Some months I get a PDF email of my bill and some months I don't. The automatic payment overpaid my bill in a single transaction a few months ago but was automatically credited towards my bill the following month. This month I had a duplicate charge to my bank account and unable to get in touch with customer service with the line provided on their website. You don't really have an option in not using BR Water Company but I don't recommend using their automatic payment system.
