The worst real estate agency I ve ever come across...

The worst real estate agency I ve ever come across. They heavily lack customer service skills and personalization. They last minute changed my unit number but kept the holding fee. It s taken me over 30 days for them to find a solution for a problem they ve made. The management team is unprofessional and inexperienced. There s minimal structure and the properties are more expensive than the worth. I would never recommend this agency or any of their properties to anyone.
