I am currently standing in line behind 25 people, all waiting for a single desk person to check us in. She as helped three people since I got in line 15 minutes ago, so I expect I'll still be here for another 75 minutes: yes, 1 1/2 hours in line to check into a hotel. For your sanity, DO NOT COME HERE.
I did manage to get someone from my booking site to try to light a fire under them, but they only said it was an unexpected rush of customers and they had no one else. Because of course, you never get a sudden rush and need people around who can shift to help out until it is resolved. Excuses, instead of solutions.
