The absolute worst hotel I have ever encountered in my life, never actually stayed because my friends that were there for 1.5 days had to move rooms 3 times in 1.5 days.. broken beds, no hot water and then to top it all off MICE in your room. I cancelled my reservation due to all of that, but still got charged for it. Called to discuss and the account manager Hung up on me.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.. Oh I wouldn't have even given a 1 star but you have to give it a 1 star to be able to post a review.
