I've had fraudulent activities on my credit for the past 10 years. When it was time for me to purchase a vehicle, this company popped up on my credit as an auto loan which at the time I had no vehicle. I've been fighting to remove them off my credit for years. Apparently, someone stole my identity and I've been dealing with this company on my credit since 2013. They won't remove this because whoever took the loan out has the same information that I have. Everytime I dispute this account, Regional Acceptance updates my account as a recent payment made just to keep the account open. It's been over 7 years and still they're on my credit. I can't purchase a house or a new car because of this. I'm tired of fighting and out of options.
